How will I know if my online order is successful?

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as you finish the checkout process. If you don't receive an email confirmation please contact our Customer Hotline (02) 8643-3337


Is there a minimum order?

Yes, our minimum order is Php 100.00


Why is my order cancelled?

The following reasons why your order may be cancelled. 

1. Out of Stocks

2. Failed Deliveries

3. Unanswered text/phone calls during verification.



Can I place an order aside from your website?

Yes, you may order over via phone, mobile and other platforms such as Viber and Facebook messenger. 


How do I track my orders online?

You can login your account to view the status of your order. You may also check your email for notifications or call our Customer Service Hotline at (02) 8643-3337.


Is my order confidential?

Yes. We do not share our customer's details with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.


How to place an order?

1. User must register in order to shop.
2. User may search by category or by medications.
3. Search the item you wish to order.
4. Choose from the result and click Add to Cart.
5. Click the Shopping Cart Icon to view items on Cart.
6. Select the items you wish to order and click Check out.
7. Review the order details before clicking the Place Order button.
8. For payment of purchase, you may use the following method (Gcash, Grabpay and Maya).
9. Click Confirm
10.Once payment is received, your order will be processed.

What if I cannot find a particular medicine online?

If you cannot find the product via the search bar, most likely, we do not carry this product at this time. However, we can still order your preferred item. Just send us an email at wecare@ebotika.ph or you may call our hotline to inquire the product's availability.



Payment

What are the modes of payment?

To make transactions easier, we've included the most commonly utilized payment methods!

GCash, Maya and Grabpay. You may also pay via BDO account.


Is my order and payment information safe?

Yes. We do not share your order details with third parties. We also partnered with www.paymongo.com, a payment gateway that allows businesses to easily accept online payments. Our online payment provider uses industry best practice to ensure your credit card details are safe and secure.


Delivery

What are your delivery options?

Same Day Delivery - We have partnered with Toktok, Lalamove and Borzo for same day delivery. All orders placed before the cut off time of 3:00pm will be processed and delivered the same day. For orders placed beyond the cut off time processing and delivery will be on the next business day. This is within Metro Manila only.


Scheduled Delivery Orders placed before the cut off time of 3:00pm will be processed and delivered on the following day and it will be delivered by our inhouse delivery rider.  

For outside Metro Manila, all packages will be sent via  LBC and JRS Express. For orders placed beyond the cut off time processing and delivery will be on the next business day. 


When do I get my order ?

We ensured that your order is delivered ASAP. Orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery lead time may vary depending on your current location.
