Hydrite Granules (Banana) treat dehydration diarrhea in children and adults. Hydrite replaces fluid and electrolytes that are lost because of diarrhea and vomiting.

The oral rehydration salts contain NaCl 520 mg, trisodium citrate dihydrate 580 mg, KCl 300 mg and anhydrous glucose 2.7 g.

Dosage and accommodation for Hydrite diarrhea:

Dissolve 1 sachet of Hydrite Granules in 200 ml of water, give as much fluid as the child or adult wants until diarrhea or vomiting stops.

For children who are 2 to 10 years of age, dissolve 1 sachet in 100 ml of water. For children who are 2 years of age and below, dissolve 1 sachet in 50 ml of water.

Warnings and Precautions:

Give other suitable fluids to patient including plain clean water, rice water, chicken soup, vegetable soup, yoghurt drink, green coconut water, unsweetened fresh fruit juice, or weak tea.

Do not use sports drink of foods that contain a lot of sugar.
